Well it's been quite awhile since I have blogged but what a busy summer and I wish I could say it's all been fun stuff but summer wouldn't be summer without a little work too.
We had the Shriner's Car Show on Saturday and we were drowned out at first but then a little luck and the day turned out beautiful... We had the greatest time and we can't thank our family enough for the support they give to Scott and I and of course sweet little Britton, I tell him everyday how lucky he is to have been given such a great extended family, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins that love him for who he is. What an emotional day for me to have been blessed with TWO great families having them come and show their support & excitement for Britton is more heartfelt than words can ever express and to see all the children and how very happy they are even in there own circumstances what a humbling experience and it makes me love Britton even more than I already do. We met some really neat people, when I would ask them their tie to Shriners (a child they know) a lot of them said "oh we just volunteer our time, we do it for the children" I thought WOW there still is wonderful, unselfish people in the world that took their whole Saturday to raise money for my child I wish I could thank them all because of their efforts, they helped in raising $16,000.00 that day and all the proceeds go to bikes for the children not bad for one day.
We just wish Uncle Steve would have won the Big Bubba trailer that would have made the day even better. Scott and I want all of our family to know how thankful we are to each one of them they have been there every step of the way.
We Know We Have It All Because Of FAMILY
WE LOVE YOU...

We love you soooo much Jenny... and your adorable little family. Britton is so lucky to have such an amazing mother. We had so much fun at the car show. The girls are still carrying around their cute little goody bags. Thanks for inviting us to come. I'm looking forward to the day when I can see that sweet boy riding on a bike!

We had such a fun day at the car show with you guys and family. It's neat that so many people truly love to help these sweet little children. Like Alisa, I can hardly wait to see little Britton riding a bike! At the rate he's going, I don't think it will be long before he will be able to do it! You and Scott are such wonderful parents. We're so thankful to have both of you and Britton in our lives. Thanks for all you do for us. You guys are always supporting everybody else in the family in all that we do. I'm glad we were able to be with you on this fun day to help support Shriners Hospital. I'm so thankful for all they do to help sweet Britton and so many other little children. I love you!

What is the car show? I cannot believe that Matt has been going there for 6 years and we've never heard about it. I would WAY rather support that than buy the dang circus tickets!

Looking forward to seeing you next week.
